How scams work
QuarkTwin are registered on most of Electronic Part Search websites (ex. Findchips, Octopart, OEMsearch) .
Buyers looking for specific electronic components can submit a RFQ (Request for Quote) on Electronic Part Search websites they can receive an offer from one of their fake business but also from QuarkTwin directly.
If QuarkTwin understand their offer is too high and can not get the deal, they decide to scam the buyer with extreme low price through their fake business.
QuarkTiwn has provided a lot of efforts to build a fake reputation on the web, they will not take the risk to scam you directly.
After Payment , they will try to temporize with fake excuses ( vacations, customs clearance issues…) , the main objective is to exhaust the buyer and get him to abandon his request for delivery.
To provide more confidence to buyers:
- QuarkTiwn have created Linked-In profiles with staff members which doesn’t exists.
- Every fake business has created a Subsdiary in the UK which are Nutshells
- Unbelievable revenue of 10 Billions Dollars.

Most of this fake business open a ‘dormant’ subsidiary (no sales, no expenses) in the UK and last several months before to be dissolved.
By checking the owners name , some of them are from the same family and students.

QuarkTwin have a lot of People who don’t really exist: Example of Chris Woodford.
The real Chris Woodford is an English Writer located in Cambridge. After contacting him, we understood the real Chris is not working for QuarkTwin and his name was usurped. They have added Kolade on his whole name:
His Linked in profile was deleted as they received a complaint from Chris Woodford.
The real Chris Woodford was contacted and confirmed his name was usurped and doesn’t work for QuarkTwin:
Don’t buy any product from them
There is a high risk to be scammed. QuarkTwin will surely change their scam scheme and make it more sophisticated after reading this , but it’s too late evidences are here.

What to do if you were scammed by them:
1. contact immediately your bank and asked them to stop the transfer or ask a refund if the transfer was done. If the transfer was done , you have few chance to get back your money.
